Return Window: You have 15 days from the delivery date to initiate a return or exchange.

Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.

How to Return or Exchange

  2. Wait for Approval: We’ll respond within 24-48 hours with a Return Authorization Number and instructions
  3. Package Your Item: Securely package the item(s) in the original packaging if possible
  4. Ship to Us: Send your return to our Houston facility:

Refunds & Processing Time

Refund Timeline:

  • Processing Time: 3-5 business days after we receive your return
  • Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Appearance on Statement: Depending on your financial institution, refunds may take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement

Shipping Costs:

Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Exchange Policy

Exchanges are available for size or color variations, subject to availability. If your desired exchange item is out of stock, we’ll process a refund instead.

Exchange Processing: We’ll ship your exchange item once we receive and inspect your return. Standard shipping rates apply for exchanges.

Important Note: Non-Returnable Items

To maintain hygiene and quality standards, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective:

  • Bikini Crystals and Jewelry (due to intimate nature and hygiene concerns)
  • Belly Chains & Anklets (body jewelry items)
  • Final Sale Items from our “Bikinis on SALE” collection
  • Any items without original tags or showing signs of wear

International Returns

As we serve customers worldwide (excluding Asia and some remote areas), international returns follow the same policy. Customers are responsible for any customs duties or international return shipping costs.
